What you can do here: Filter disputes by student, view case status, and review dispute timelines.

Prerequisites

  • You can sign in with the role for this guide and access the entry route.
  • Required student or payment data exists for your scenario.
  • If your role is restricted, some actions may be hidden.

Step-by-step Procedure

  1. Open Payments > Chargebacks (/Parent/Chargebacks).
  2. Use student filter buttons (for example All Students or an individual child).
  3. Review the Dispute Records table:
    • Dispute ID
    • Status
    • Final Outcome
    • Reason
    • Amount
    • Due By
  4. Select Details for a dispute.
  5. On Chargeback Details, review:
    • case summary fields
    • Timeline events
  6. Select Back or Back to Dashboard to return.

Expected Outcomes

  • The workflow completes and expected updates are visible in the destination page.
  • You can verify status, totals, or records using the page results shown in this flow.

Troubleshooting / Edge Cases

  • If no timeline exists, you may see No timeline records available.
  • Under review means the dispute is still in progress.
  • Use individual student filters to simplify multi-student households.
  • If the page shows an error banner, retry and contact school support if needed.

Q: Can I see disputes for one child only?

A: Yes. Use that child's filter button at the top.

Q: Where can I see dispute progress updates?

A: Open Details and review the Timeline section.
