View My Payment Disputes

Who this is for: Students checking dispute records linked to payments.
What you can do here: View dispute status, amount, due date, and event timeline.
Prerequisites
- You can sign in with the role for this guide and access the entry route.
- Required student or payment data exists for your scenario.
- If your role is restricted, some actions may be hidden.
Step-by-step Procedure
- Open My Payments > Disputes (
/Student/Chargebacks). - Review the Dispute Records table.
- Select View for a dispute row.
- On Dispute Details, review:
- Dispute ID
- Status
- Reason
- Amount
- Scroll to Timeline for event history.
- Select Back or Back to Dashboard when finished.
Expected Outcomes
- The workflow completes and expected updates are visible in the destination page.
- You can verify status, totals, or records using the page results shown in this flow.
Troubleshooting / Edge Cases
- If timeline data is missing, the page may show No timeline entries available.
- Use the dashboard link to return quickly.
- If no disputes appear, there may be no active dispute records on your account.
- Keep a screenshot of dispute details if your school requests proof during support follow-up.

Q: Can I see dispute status changes?
A: Yes. Open View and check the Timeline.
Q: Where do I find the dispute ID?
A: It appears in the first column of Dispute Records.
