Overview

Who this is for: Students who need payment records and receipt references.

What you can do here: Review completed and pending payments, totals, and recent activity.

Prerequisites

  • You can sign in with the role for this guide and access the entry route.
  • Required student or payment data exists for your scenario.
  • If your role is restricted, some actions may be hidden.

Step-by-step Procedure

  1. Open My Payments > Payment History (/Student/PaymentHistory).
  2. Review the summary card Total Payments Made.
  3. In Payment Records, review columns:
    • Date
    • Transaction ID
    • Amount
    • Receipt
    • Type (Online or Manual)
    • Status (Completed or Pending)
  4. Select Print History if you need a printed copy.
  5. Use Back to Dashboard when finished.

Expected Outcomes

  • The workflow completes and expected updates are visible in the destination page.
  • You can verify status, totals, or records using the page results shown in this flow.

Troubleshooting / Edge Cases

  • If you see No Payment Records, no payments have been posted yet.
  • The page may show only recent records when many payments exist.
  • Use the printed page as a simple offline record when needed.
  • If your profile is missing, the page displays Student Profile Not Found and provides a return button.

Q: Can I see whether a payment was online or manual?

A: Yes. Check the Type badge in each row.

Q: Where can I find transaction references?

A: In the Transaction ID column.
