What you can do here: Review recent notifications, filter alerts, and mark notifications as read.

Prerequisites

  • You can sign in with the role for this guide and access the entry route.
  • Required student or payment data exists for your scenario.
  • If your role is restricted, some actions may be hidden.

Step-by-step Procedure

  1. Select the bell icon in the top header, or open View all notifications (/Notifications).
  2. Use filters:
    • All Categories
    • Search title or message...
    • Unread only
  3. Review matching notifications in the list.
  4. Use Mark All as Read when available.
  5. Use Settings to open notification settings.

Expected Outcomes

  • The workflow completes and expected updates are visible in the destination page.
  • You can verify status, totals, or records using the page results shown in this flow.

Troubleshooting / Edge Cases

  • If loading fails, use Retry.
  • If no records appear, clear filters.
  • Use Unread only before account review tasks.
  • Note: The same notifications page layout is shared across user roles.
