View and Filter Notifications
Overview
Review recent notification activity, filter by message/category state, and mark notifications as read.
Prerequisites
- You can open
/Notifications. - Notification settings access is available at
/Notifications/Settings.
Step-by-step Procedure
- Open View all notifications from the bell menu, or open
/Notifications directly. - Use filters:
- Search title or message...
- All Categories
- Unread only
- Select Clear to reset filter inputs.
- Review notification rows as they load.
- If unread records exist, select Mark All as Read.
- Use Settings to open
/Notifications/Settings. - Use pagination controls to move across result pages.
Variations / Branching Flows
Additional controls appear, including Audit scope (all users, 30-day window), optional user/date filters, and Export options.
If loading fails, the page shows a retry panel with Retry action.
Expected Outcomes
- Notifications list reflects the selected filters.
- Read state updates when mark-read actions succeed.
- Settings route opens for preference configuration.
Troubleshooting / Edge Cases
- Loading notifications... persists:
wait briefly, then retry with cleared filters.
remove filter constraints and try again.
- Read actions unavailable:
no unread notifications are currently loaded.
