Overview

Who this is for: Students reviewing school-issued items and charges.

What you can do here: See assigned item details, status, and whether an item is charged to your account.

Prerequisites

  • You can sign in with the role for this guide and access the entry route.
  • Required student or payment data exists for your scenario.
  • If your role is restricted, some actions may be hidden.

Step-by-step Procedure

  1. Open My School > Assigned Items (/Student/AssignedItems).
  2. Review summary cards for:
    • Total Value
    • Charged Items
    • Assigned Only
  3. Use Filter by Status to switch between:
    • All Items
    • Charged
    • Assigned Only
  4. Choose Table View or Card View.
  5. Review item details such as amount, category, and assigned date.
  6. Select Print List if you need a copy.

Expected Outcomes

  • The workflow completes and expected updates are visible in the destination page.
  • You can verify status, totals, or records using the page results shown in this flow.

Troubleshooting / Edge Cases

  • Charged to Account means the item contributes to your balance.
  • Assigned Only means the item is tracked but not charged.
  • If the page says No Items Assigned, no active item records are available.
  • Use Back to Dashboard to return quickly.

Q: Why do I see both charged and assigned-only items?

A: Some items are billable and others are informational/issued only.

Q: Can I print this list?

A: Yes, select Print List.
