*Only use this KB when your school/district has sent it to you, otherwise the directions may not work for you.


1. Login
*Navigate to your school/district's sub domain (e.g. https://(myschool).schoolbanks.com)

2. Select Parent/Student login


3. Click the "I forgot my password" link


4. Enter your student email address


5. Click Send Reset Link


6. Check your email for the password reset email

7. Follow the directions in the email to login
